Been eating at Rays since before their official opening, when they were training their staff (since it was a brand new restaurant). Not sure if the other reviewer went during that time, since they said when they first opened. Staff is great, although if it gets busy, you have to expect some delay. The food is always spot on, and their Friday night cod is perfect and a decent sized servings.
