Review
I have had the oppertunity to have my hair colored by many highly trained stylist over the years, I have to say Penny is right up there at the top of my list(and I'm a Little picky... aka pain in the @#$) No, just know what i want, in detail. She consistantly listens, takes her time, and doesn't make me feel bad about my attention to detail. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I just wish she worked more days of the week, some times it can be a little limiting, but well worth it!
