This business is totally unethical. I purchased what I thought to be high quality merchandise at the beginning of November. The shoes were never worn. I attempted to wear them on Thanksgiving and was unable to, because the zipper would never zip efficiently. I attempted to handle this situation with the owners and management. The manager Samuel was rude and aggressive. The mall management was embarrassed, because of his behavior. I would never do business with a company such as this ever.
