Boulevard Design and I: on 7/6/2011 we entered into a contract for him to do work in my house. The total was supposed to be$68,000 of said job. He signed stating that he was fully licensed and insured as would be any of the workers he brought into my home. One year later I still not have received a copy of his contractors license, or for that matter, a copy of his drivers license. We have made some changes and he raised the contracted price. On 5/22/2012 he raised a number of prices saying codes had changed etc. The new price was supposed to be a tot
