While shopping for a new mattress set in January I happened to stop by this store. By this point I had been to 4 other local stores and was feeling very frustrated. The sales people at the other stores I had visited were just that, SALEs people. Most of them seemed to know only enough about their products to get by and their only concern was seeing what color my wallet was. I walked through the door at The Mattress Store and was greeted in a very sincere and courteous manner. The young man started asking me questions about what I was looking for and then he did
