Got referred by Best Buy, called universal to find out how much it would cost to repair my 46%u201D Samsung, I describe the problem over the phone to a tech he new the problem right away. I had the tech come on site next day, he replaced 2 capacitors on the power supply and my TV was up and running like new. Thank you Frank. I would recommend Universal TV to everyone.
