The Colony, TX 5 star rating 1/18/2011 Since starting pole classes nine months ago, I've built up my strength and learned so many fun pole tricks and spins. This class quickly became my favorite workout - it's fun, but challenging and my instructor is amazing! VFD offers other classes too.. TRX workouts, dance classes, Aerial Silks, etc. I'm hooked!
