I booked the appointment and called to confirm. I was assured they would be there. I called an hour into my scheduled time and was told someone was on their way. Another hour passes and nothing. It is now 5 pm and no one is answering the phones. Another 30 minutes pass and finally I get a call from the technician. He is in route, but still 30 or minutes away and I have been waiting 3 hours.
