Ahh %u2013 I have had such a great day!%u2026 I have had a challenging six months, but I had a great day today. This morning I had a hypnotherapy appointment with Kathleen. I think it%u2019s my sixth, maybe? Kathleen says six is the average number of sessions it takes with hypnotherapy to get some major work done. I don%u2019t know. I%u2019ve gotten a lot out of each one. Anyway, this morning, getting out of the house got to be stressful because that%u2019s the way I%u2019ve been lately.
