I wish there were less than one star for this review. I was quoted $125 over the phone to rekey 4-5 locks. When the technician showed up (40 minutes late) he wrote up an invoice that quoted me $305. I explained that I was improperly quoted and questioned the way that their services are priced. Long story short, I explained that I was not interested in services for that price. The technician wanted me to pay $30 for a service charge and I refused, based on the fact that I would have never asked them to come to my home if I had been quoted correctly in the firs
