I had the exact same experience as the last person who rated this company. The technician, let's call him "Joey" came out to service my refrigerator. "Joey" (by the way, I have shoes older than "Joey") went to the refrigerator, removed the kick plate and told my wife that the coils are dirty and that was the problem. He didn't do anything else. He simply said it would be $60. He never moved the refrigerator out, never checked the thermostat which was the issue, nothing! I spoke with "Joey" over the phone and told him that he should have
