I purchased an island venthood through ebay from this company and was initially pleased as the item was a very good price. Buyer beware! This item was listed as new/other- a floor model with minor scratches and dents. However, I wanted to wait for the contractor to completely unpack the entire unit so that I wouldn't damage it in any way prior to install and trusted that the item description. When we were finally able to install the unit we found that there were two major dents in the hood, it was used (greasy and smelled of fish), and was missing installation
