Owner Ronald Kramer is one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken with. His excuse for his rudeness and incompetence is: "it is tax time and I am under a lot of pressure". If that is the case then DO NOT BE an insurance broker, if you can't handle two businesses, obviously you are doing both very poorly. His employees pick up their cell phones while at lunch time and then they tell you that they can't speak with you, because they are having lunch: so? why did they pick up the phone then!! IT is just an office that NOTHING REALLY GETS DON
