We use Scott's original dry rub recipes, and the brisket, ribs, chicken and pork, all of which we get from Critchfield Meats, are still smocked low and slow. All the the sides are made daily and we are Kentucky Proud. The peach bread pudding is homemade daily too. And what makes it even better?..
