I was a potential customer to Simtec. Lost due to this situation. I wanted to let everyone know what happened so they know who they are dealing with and the potential for this owner to be violent. I was simply setting in my car in the complex talking on my phone when the owner (He identified himself as) came out of Simtec Coatings and asked me what I needed while I was on the phone with a client.
