We contracted with the above people but unfortunateley they fail to report the whole story. First of all Bryan Construction bent over backwards to accomodate their schedule and only work Saturdays and Sundays for their project. This was a huge burden on us but we agreed to do it to help them out so they would not have to miss work as all of our other customers do.Second, we performed additional work for them at no cost. Third, we apologized for missing their calls when we did return the call and offered to come out and install the hardware valued at about $25. We neve
