I had recommended this business to people from Fremont to Lorain. I will no longer do this, because of the way I was treated by Karen and Nelson Burkhardt. Nelson owes me $800.00 which he said he would pay me after the Better Business Bureau contacted him about my complaint. He sold me a Cappacino machine that did not work and brought me an old coffee machine instead of a 3 burner Bunn machine that I told him I wanted to buy.You can read my whole complaint on Ripoff Report.com.
