Text books not ready on time as promised. After receiving an email confirmation that books were ready for pick up the store emploees told me they were not ready. When returning for another try later in the day another employee stated that just because you have an email confirmation doesnt mean they are ready. Bad customer service from text book area. Employees other than those at cash registers as either rude or disinterested. The Book Info desk staff was busy talking about parking tickets and couldn't direct me to the book I asked for.
