I am so excited that Sushi Cortaro is in Marana, it is really really good. The hamachi was super fresh and the spicy tuna perfectly spicy. I was very happy about the quality of the fish. The fried calamari was off the hook, not super oily but light and crunchy with a sauce that I coudn't get enough of. My boyfriend does not eat sushi, he had the Scallop Teppan Dinner, it was very flavorful and the scallops were fresh. I have been eating sushi for 15 years so I would like to think I am a good reference. I am always a little scared trying a new sushi restaura
