I contracted with Michael to recondition my piano. It has been one year now and my piano has never been right since he did the work. He restrung but left the tuning pins too high so that no tuning stability can be achieved. He rebushed my keys and did such a poor job it had to be done again. He replaced my hammers which were all crooked and that had to be done again as well. He never completed his work but took my money. I asked him to make good on his work but he refuses to return my attempts at connecting with him. His work has been looked at by 3 very respected technicia
