I was working on a paper and then suddenly got this big message telling me my laptop had Trojans! Since it was the evening our campus tech support was closed and I had to find someone out of the phone book. Amazingly enough Geek Choice was not only there with a live person to answer the phone but they also sent out a technician that night. That night! I am blown away by this level of service.
