Dealing with CATS has been the most exasperating experience.I had a warranty repair of my laptop, and was promised a week service if the problem could be fixed there, and 2 week service if it had to go to Toshiba for repair. THAT was in August. It is now October and I still don't have my laptop back yet. They do not answer their phones promptly, and the alleged Manager Randy Carter, does not return phone calls when he promises to. I intend to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about these people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CATS TO ANYONE. IF YOU CAN AV
