I called the number 602-354-9088. I never actually got to talk to a human. Pressed buttons listen to options, got directed to parts department, which is where I needed to be to ask about a part. Was then placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I was on a cell phone, so nows thats 20 minutes of elevator music I can't even put on an MP3. Wasted. If their customers are so important as the gentelman kept saying in the recording, and put on hold for over 20 minutes. How would they treat me if I was their #1 fan. Dissatisfied. :-( Should be .125 stars
