This company Is slow as molasses and we will never use them again if we can help it. (We had to go with this company because of the Samsung warranty.) It took JEM from August 7 to August 31 to get our refrigerator working; that's 3 1/2 weeks without a fridge! The actually engineer that came out was good but the biggest problem is that it took them 2-3 days to come out after each initial call.
