I've been an around guns all my life and a lot of times when you deal with customer service people in the firearm industry you get one of two things...they don't know jack or they think they know everything and treat you like your some kind of moron if you ask a question. The guy I talked to was great! I pretty much just told him the end product and he filled in the rest. If you need anything firearms related go here!!
