I was given a quote and scheduled the date & time to have my windshield replaced. They did not show up & after the 3 hour window, I called them. I was told I was misquoted in price, but they would honor the quoted price and they would be at my residence in half hour. An HOUR later, I recieved a call that they would not make the time frame (or an hour/half after the time) and they wanted MORE money because THEY misquoted their quote. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS and a SCAM company.
