I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over a decade. I provide counseling services to individuals, families and children for a variety of issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, self-esteem and body image, family conflict resolution, foster families and adoption issues. The emphasis of my practice is in overcoming obstacles brought to us through our life experiences. My goals are to work collaboratively with clients to gain new skills for now and for the future in a supportive and nurturing environment.
