Well first of all I talked to Dave Keller but it took many calls to get a hold of him. When I did finally get a hold of him he was pushy in his answers and evassive to give a straight answer. I worked in a retirement home many years ago and I know that no matter how frustrating these elders can get that in order to work or be in charge of a place like this you always need PATIENCE!!. I would never send my grandmother to be cared for by a guy like this. If he can't be patient on the phone, how is he gonna do with a patient who has dementia or alzheimer's or someone
