Ryan Perry building homes under any name -- Perry Builder, ICG, Innovative Construction Group, or whatever -- still can't be trusted based on my dealings with him. He built our house 7 years ago and it wasn't even water tight...we get a new leak every few months b/c the roofing was done so poorly that there's no telling where the next one will come from. We had to sue him during the building process and if we weren't days away from having our first child with no other place to move to, we would have walked away from this house.
