The first couple of times I ordered. Fast delievery. My last 2 orders have been awful. The customer service wait there is none! I waited and waited. I contacted them and was told items on B.O. Both items arrived but was to late to be given as gifts. My current order that was placed on May 25th. Still hasn't arrived. The only communication has been from my end asking for a time frame. I was told order coming in and will be shipped shortly. Again no communication from them. The product are nice but this type of customer service will put this company out of bus
