I had reviewed this company poorly the other day. They have since acknowledged the mix up, explained it, and have apologized for any inconvenience. The person they sent to meet us isolated herself in the corner of the coffee shop and didn't make efforts to see if who they were meeting was there yet. They also did not have anything with them to show who they were. They did not stand us up however, they were their on time. They have confirmed that they have learned from their poor organization and are making efforts to correct it. I respect them for their honesty. I
