The way this company treats you is outrages! I've never been treated as rude as they do at Dick n' Sons. Questions are not or vaguely answered and if it comes to installation they treat you like they invented the wheel before going into the flooring business. The sales persons are arrogant (especially the owner/manager), self-opinionated and impersonal. The owner even gets mad if questions are asked. Not a pleasant store and we are glad we ordered somewhere else! A never-come-back-store!
