I contracted with Carpet Floor Designer in November for the purchase and installation of laminate flooring. They did not install the floors until December 10th and installed the flooring in the kitchen incorrectly. Their contract clearly states that there was a 90 day warranty on their services and they refused to honor it. I called at least six times to have them come back to my home and fix the kitchen and they refused.
