Review
Smith Ford is the WORST service department in the state. The managers name is Steve and he is the most dishonest man I have ever meet. I have a truck that has been in their service department for 3 months because they cant figure out how to get it running. Once they finally fixed it the guaranteed quote he gave me jumped by $2500.The truck is still sitting in their lot. I have sense got a lawyer and trying to solve the issue.
