These guys are absolutley horrible. The worst and most expensive locksmiths I have ever dealt with. I needed my car door unlocked because i must have locked it while it was still running. I called and they quoted me a time of about 20 minutes to get to me. No no, they locksmith would call me to verify the needing of assisstance in 20 minutes. After that, I finally get a call and the gentlemen says that he will be another 20 minutes to get to me. One hour and 10 minutes later he shows up. The total is 170 to open the car door.
