I went to the store to purchase a package for my daughter's birthday. After purchasing the package, I requested something to put in her birthday card since I was using it as a gift. The clerk started to give me a business card but another girl came up and filled out a different card. I had purchased packages before as gifts. Never was told we needed to present a gift card! Manager refused to honor the package which was entered into the computer even though I have my canceled check to prove it was purchased AND CASHED! I requested my money back, but was told%2
