We first shipped this box on 11/15/08 through a private agent Norma Ronsairo who we paid $120.00 to who collects many boxes to ship by container through Jeepney Express. This box was Christmas gifts to my wife’s family which was to be there on or before 12/25/08. The box has an excess of over $1,500.00 in valuables as well. We've communicated with Norma as weeks kept going by into late January then February to find out the first of March that this box along with 24 other boxes meant to be there by Christmas of last year and are still sitting in a warehouse in Manila.
