Only for a short while did it seem there was a consistent and an ample quantity of teachers taking care of/teaching toddlers and pre-schoolers. Our child was in the pre-school room and there was much turn-over of teachers. There was a new teacher, either assisting or the lead, almost every month. Plus, there was no time for kids to transition from one teacher to the next: for a particular assistant teacher, the teacher was there one day and gone forever the next after the person was let go. This is disruptive for a pre-schooler because they can begin to understand
