Wow! Great instruction! So much fun..and easy! Don't know why I spent years dieting, paying for gyms and pt's-- trying to get in shape?? I'm now playing matches and LOVING intense workouts. 3 hr match goes by, I'm beat and feeling the workout...but geeze, I want to do it again asap! LOVE IT!!
