I can tell you that the apartment manager at this time is so rude and says that she is going to fix things in one's apartment, but always never does, until one moves out. Two years ago, this manager went ahead and sided with a former tenant in this building who contacted the police department. This tenant goes by three A.K.A. names. IN the interim, the apartment manager collaborated with this tenant (who went by three A.K.A. names) and she went as far as wanting to evict another tenant in the building just because. THis ap
