We had a lot of black stains with moss on our roof. Our insurance company said we needed to clean it or they would drop us. I didnt even know our roof could be cleaned and especially didnt know there were companies who specialize in this field. They cleaned the roof without using a power washer. They used some kind of special foam. It took a few weeks to take effect but it really looks great now. Since then Ive noticed so many roofs with moss and staining, but mine looks fantastic.
