I remember how excited I was when this theater opened. I have attended many of their midnight showings through the years and was excited about seeing the last Harry Potter movie with my friends. Never again! The staff and management herded us like cattle and treated us like inmates whom they expected to jump them at any moment. Obviously they have no idea what the term "customer service" means. Plus the 3D seems to be slightly out of alignment and the sound quality has diminished. They've lost this local's business for good.
