The company i used was based in Kansas City. I had a windshield replaced by a gentleman named Steve. The trim on both sides of the windshield came out within 3 months. Ten plus calls into the company has resulted in nothing. Promises that i will get a call from Steve to arrange a time are all i got. Even after 10 calls into the company over the course of 3 months, it still is not fixed. It is under warranty. I did a Better Business Bureau check and they are graded with a "D".
