Recently I ordered a flower bouquet for a relative and requested that it be "very special". Being on the other side of the U.S., I chose the florist randomly by online reviews. The employee with whom I spoke was especially courteous as he took my order, and the flowers were reportedly "absolutely gorgeous"!!!! I really appreciated such great service!
