These people should not be in business. The technicians are very rude and the dispatcher does not know how to talk to potential customers. The technician was three hours late, and I had an appointment, with no windows. He was very rude and tried to tell me what the problem was before he even checked out the unit. When I tried to explain the problems I was having with the unit, he cut me off and told me I needed to clean my filters. My filters were replaced recently and definately was NOT the problem. He slammed his ladder onto my roof, causing the materials
