Extreamly poor customer service, they scratched my front wheel fender and when I pointed it out to them they rubbed black paint over it, wouldnt take the small chalk marks of my new tires so I rubbed it with my finger and it came right off, left wax spatter all over my front window & forgot to add the air freshener I asked for and when I went back for it the girl was very rude about it. There were only 3 cars there when I went so it wasn't busy. There are several other car washes that I can take my BMW to and get good service without having to worry about damage
