Showed up on time and nice enough guy. Mark is the owner. There were some spots on my floor that he could not get out (another firm has since gotten them out) and he did not mention this until the job was finished. We may have gone with a tinted stain had we been given the option. I have recently remodeled my entire house and they damaged my brand new front steps and never said a word.
