I downloaded a coupon from their web site that said "We will match any local competitor - Low Price Guarantee!". I took in ads from that week's Penny Saver for two other local smog test centers, but Save On Smogs Inc wouldn't match either of them. The guy said, "Those prices are ridiculous. I won't match them.
