I downloaded a coupon from their web site that said "We will match any local competitor - Low Price Guarantee!". I took in ads from that week's Penny Saver for two other local smog test centers, but Save On Smogs Inc wouldn't match either of them. The guy said, "Those prices are ridiculous. I won't match them. Why don't you take your car to them?" I had taken the car to Save On Smogs Inc because the former owner was very honest and competent. But I found out that the place has a new owner now. So beware.
