I bought a voucher for 20 window cleanings. Have been calling them for 5 months and no one will return a call. I finally threatened to take them to small claims court and received a phone call back (shocker!). They told me that they would not be able to do my cleanings. When I asked why, they said "We operate like Costco where if an employee is causing a bad work environment, we just don't want the hostile work environment." I said "Wait a second.
