I'm still currently waiting for the Ferrada Carpet Upholstery and Tile cleaning people to show up to my house. I had an appointment with them from 4:30-6 and it's currently 6:20. I'm pretty frustrated with them overall. I rushed home because I'd read a previous review that they arrived right on time. This person that I've contacted hasn't even arrived yet. I called them up at 6 wanting to see where they were at and their eta, but no response so far. I'm sorry I wasted my time with these people.
